The entire family went to my husband's place of employment a couple of years ago for their summer family fun day. Although I have been there a couple of times, it was actually my first time to see the inside of the factory. My husband briefly toured me around the place. I can't believe how huge it was. It wasn't only huge, but I saw lots of Fluorescent Lighting Fixtures which I haven't seen that many in my in my entire life. Well, it is understandable that they will need that much lighting inside the factory considering the intricate job they do inside. We only use more of the decorative fluorescent fixtures at work while they need something functional to help them do what they need to do.
One of the things I consider very important at my husband's job is the manufacturing of tornado sirens and police car lights. Every time I see a police car pull over someone with their lights on, I always remember my husband. Tornado sirens have helped warn so many people of a tornado approaching. I have decided to just take part-time for work while I am in school. I plan to go full time for school, and hopefully in a couple of years, I graduate just in time for Branden to go to pre-school. That is the plan so far, and I prayed so hard for it. I recently went for an interviewed for another opening at work. After so much thinking and heart to heart talk with Ryan, I finally decided to let it go because there is no way I could go work full time while taking Frankie back and forth to school plus my school. I don't want to take a few classes here and there either and put school on hold like I did. Since mama is here to help me out, I will take advantage of that because not all people have this kind of help. I do not know what the future holds, but all I know is I want to do something about it.
I seldom bring cash with me. If I do, I end up forgetting that I have cash in my wallet because I am so used to of using the debit card and occasionally the credit card. Frankie and Aiden will not be able to go biking with us because we want to have a nice walk. There are so many playgrounds by the trail that I am sure they are going to keep up from walking continuously. Besides, we need to be back right away because his first communion will be at noon. I am so looking forward to the weekend.
Every year, I always make sure to invite Marilynn for Frankie's birthday party. Ryan and I used to work with her, and although it has been eight years since we've worked together, we still keep in touch. Ryan and Marilynn were in the kitchen when they were talking about the houses around the area and how may people filed for foreclosure affecting the value of our house as well. She also mentioned that south from where we live, there were four houses that had been robbed while the owners were away. The sad thing is, they are doing this in broad daylight. Unfortunately, those houses do not have any home security systems. It made Ryan scared especially that we are planning to take a week vacation to Georgia this summer.
We do not have security system in our house either and Ryan is considering getting one soon. We were so used to of living out in the country where you don't need to lock the doors and windows. Over here is different because anything can be stolen in a heartbeat if we left it unattended. I used to leave Frankie's outdoor toys in the back of the house, but even if it is a little crowded in the garage, I make sure to put it in there now. It is better safe than wake up one day and all his toys gone. I am sure Frankie wouldn't like that. Hopefully, Ryan can get the house a security system to also put me at ease while we are away.
Every spring, we always have something at work. I was not able to join last year because I was so busy with school and graduating, so this time, I want to make sure that I am free, so we can all join them. Family is supposed to be welcome. Mama made pancit, rice, and pork belly barbecue. We went there this morning and they were all over Branden. My co-workers said he is so cute. He was so behaved in there too then later fell asleep after a few minutes. Frankie spent most of the time outside with my co-workers. They were doing some bean bag games and the tossing game. Frankie had a wonderful time. He really did not eat much because he was more concerned with playing outside. I wish I had my camera with me. It would have been nice to have photos of Frankie playing with my co-workers. We really did not stay long because it was time for nap plus Frankie and I were planning to be out anyway. It was a nice party complete with decorations. I can't wait for the summer party.

I have been looking forward to get the pictures from the photo shoot that Frankie, Branden, and Aiden did a few weeks ago. My sister that recently moved to Kent, England is now busy preparing for her upcoming wedding in June. She already sent me different styles of wedding dresses that she liked, and she was asking for my opinion on some of them. Unfortunately, my husband and I couldn't be there for their wedding because I just got back to work after a long 10 months bed rest for my pregnancy. After bowling last Thursday, Frankie and I were supposed to go home when we are invited to go watch Aiden's practice. I wanted to go home but Frankie begged me to stay because he wanted to play in the playground. It's been almost a week too that I have not taken him to the playground, so I gave in. He was so happy running around for almost two hours. The downside is it was a little chilly and now he is not feeling well.
I will have to call the school tomorrow and make sure he will feel better before going back to school on Tuesday. I want him to feel better because we are going to have a party at work and I am planning to take them all. Mama and I will be cooking for the party too. Frankie is currently spraying right now in the living room while watching Cars 2. I hope and pray he will feel better the soonest. I am off tomorrow and I am sure he would like that if I take him biking.

I will surely be blowing up some pictures. My friend's son will be coming along too because I want a picture of him and his god brother Branden. I hope the weather will cooperate tomorrow. We have so many places to be. Tomorrow is the only time that I do not work. The rest of the week I work. Got to get ready for Frankie's birthday party too.
I took some Spanish classes in college. I thought it would be easy considering that I know a dialect and one other language besides English, but I was wrong.
